At our café, the goal is simple: to make great coffee in a unique way for the people around and close to us.
We’re always on the hunt for great coffee. Watch our roasters at work, sip on a fresh filter coffee from the brew bar, or enjoy an espresso from Frank.
At all times, we have eight coffee and hospitality professionals from all over the world working and living at the hotel. Meet them behind the bar, at your table, in the kitchen, or find them walking around anywhere. Through our Residency Programme, the café becomes a melting pot of culture and talent. We hope to foster an ever changing group of people from all walks of life to share their passion, knowledge and culture during their residency. It’s a project where ideas, innovation and learning are the key. And of course to have some fun!

Frank
Step into our espresso bar, home to Frank—a one-of-a-kind, five-group espresso machine. Designed by Kees van der Westen, this machine is the only one in the world that brings together three infusion and extraction methods. With two classic lever groups, two touchpad groups, and an adjustable pre-infusion cylinder, it’s pure madness brought to life—pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of coffee like never before.

Pizza
Our friends from Pizza Palace have their very own pizza counter inside the hotel, right between us and Bar Dertien. Every day from 15:00 to 21:00, you can order freshly baked sourdough pizzas, tiramisu, and beautifully curated sharing boards.

Kitchen
The kitchen of our hotel stands for experimental food—where everything is possible. We love to work with seasonal products and use leftovers to create something new. Here, chic, casual, and comfort come together to create a space where everyone is welcome—whether you're staying all day or just grabbing a quick bite.
