Line cook @ Hotel
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative cook to join our team at our coffee hotel. As a cook, you’ll work under the head chef and play a key role in providing a unique experience for our guests by creating delicious and surprising breakfast and lunch dishes. You’ll prepare breakfast and lunch items, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and ensure all hygiene regulations are followed. You’ll also keep an eye on inventory and place orders. Working well under pressure is second nature to you, and you know how to keep everything running smoothly.
What you bring:
Experience in the kitchen and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and in possession of a Social Hygiene certificate
Fluent in both Dutch and English
Live in or near Rotterdam
Part-time or Full-time

Work hours between 07:00 and 16:00, Monday to Sunday (you’ll have your evenings free!)

Barista & Hospitality enthusiast @Hotel
For our hotel team, we are looking for a barista and hospitality all-rounder to help us out during the week and at weekends. You’ll be joining an awesome team — if we do say so ourselves. Sounds great, right?
You make great coffee, welcome hotel guests, help with check-ins and make sure everyone feels at home from the moment they arrive.
You enjoy getting to know our guests and building a personal connection with them throughout their stay.
You are attentive and approachable, and always look for small ways to make someone’s stay extra special.
Even when it gets busy, you stay calm, work quickly and cleanly, and always remain hospitable.
You are available full-time or part-time, including weekends.
You have at least one year of experience as a barista in specialty coffee. Behind the machine, you work consistently and produce perfect milk foam every time.

Front of House @Hotel
At Man Met Bril Koffie Hotel, coffee and hospitality come together. We are a growing hotel with big ambitions and a team that loves making great coffee, welcoming guests and creating a place people preferably never want to leave.
We are looking for Front of House team members who can help us during the week and at weekends. You’ll welcome hotel guests, help with check-ins, serve food and drinks, and make sure every guest has the best possible experience. You take the time to get to know them, offer personal recommendations for Rotterdam and pay attention to the little details that make their stay memorable.
You are enthusiastic about hospitality and enjoy making people feel genuinely welcome.
You give guests personal attention and enjoy sharing your favourite local tips.
You are attentive and approachable, and always look for small ways to make someone’s stay extra special.
You stay positive and hospitable, even when things get busy.
Experience is not required — enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn are much more important to us.
You are available at least one day each weekend.
