Our residency program is taking a little winter break and will reopen in May 2027!
Are you a coffee professional, barista, roaster, chef, baker or someone who loves service and breathes coffee culture? Well we’ve got something for you!
With our Residency Programme we’re offering a unique oppertunity to come live and work at our Coffee Hotel in Rotterdam for a couple of months. You’ll be part of an international coffee and hospitality community, where you’ll share knowledge, learn from one another and collaborate with creative minds from all over the world.
Due to European work regulations we’re currently only able to accommodate for Schengen citizens. Applications are only being accepted for May 2027.

Yes. You're applying for a real job, albeit for a short period of time. We offer a market conform salary.

Yes, at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field is required.

Other than your regular groceries etc, just your travels to the hotel. You will also pay a small amount of rent for the room, but in return, you receive a market-conform salary to support your stay.

Typically, you can expect a stay of around 3 to 4 months, but this can be adjusted to fit what works best for both parties.
