Garden Room

A bright and cozy room connected to our hotel garden, with your own private terrace. Perfect for slow mornings, coffee outside, breakfast on your terrace or hiding away with a pizza from our in-house pizza bar.

Upper Room

A peaceful room on the first floor with a French balcony. Comfortable, calm and slightly tucked away, with everything you need for a soft landing after a day in the city.

Hottub Room

Our most indulgent room, with direct access to your own private garden hottub moment. Made for long evenings, lazy mornings and pretending you booked a tiny spa holiday in Rotterdam.

Breakfast people, lunch people, late sleepers, we’ve got you.

Our all day breakfast is available every day from 07:00 - 15:00 hrs. Yes, all day means until 3pm. We don’t make the rules (actually, we do.)

Start early, take it slow, or call pancakes at 14:30 a perfectly reasonable life choice.

Expect good coffee, proper breakfast classics, sweet things, savoury things and a full à la carte menu from our café downstairs.

Hotel guests can enjoy breakfast in the café, in bed, or for our Garden Rooms: directly on their private terrace. Roomservice is available at no extra charge, because leaving your room should be optional.

Our yoga sessions are open to both hotel guests and local guests who are looking for a calm start of the day or a peaceful break from the city. Whether you are staying with us, live around the corner, or are just passing by, you are welcome to join.

We offer bikes for rent, perfect for exploring Rotterdam or heading to your favorite hotspots. Hotel guests can rent a bike for just €15 a day or €10 for a half day

Sometimes the hotel restaurant is a pizza bar. Lucky you.

Pizza Palace is our in-house pizza situation: easy, delicious and dangerously close to your room. Pizza is available daily from 15:00 — 21:00 hrs.

Order one after a day in the city, take it to the garden, share it with someone you like, or absolutely don’t.

As a hotel guestcan enjoy their pi in the café, in the garden or in their room. Roomservice is available at no extra charge. Very dangerous information.

Our green hotel garden is a quiet little hideout in the middle of the city.

Relax on your small ‘private’ terrace, chill on the stairs, grab a table outside or take your breakfast, coffee, pizza or minibar drink into the garden. No big plan needed. Just sit down and stay a little longer than you meant to.

On selected evenings, our hotel garden turns into an outdoor cinema.

Headphones on and a drink in hand, our cinema is open to hotel guests and neighbours, with films screened in the garden when the weather behaves.

Our podcast room is a cozy, sun-filled space with a soundproof glass door, perfect for up to 6 people. Equipped with everything you need to record a professional podcast, it offers a peaceful environment for your creative projects. When you book the room, you’ll have unlimited coffee and (sparkling) water to keep you hydrated during your session.

Our Coffee Hotel has a meeting room available for rent. Whether it’s for a team session, brainstorming, or a meeting, our space is the perfect spot. Great coffee included, of course.

We’ve created a training room right here in the hotel—a space where coffee takes center stage. It’s where we host workshops for coffee enthusiasts, train our wholesale customers free of charge, and keep our own team at the top of their game.

Right in the middle of the hotel, we roast our coffee on-site, keeping the process completely transparent. Feel free to stop by, watch, ask questions, and see the magic happen.
