What time is check-in?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. 

And check-out?

You’ll need to check out by 12:00 PM. 

Is there parking available?

Parking is available at Parkeergarage Benthuizerstraat or through the nearby parking meters.

Can I store my luggage?

Yes! Luggage can be stored at the café reception free of charge until 6 PM (our closing time). Alternatively, you can store your belongings in lockers at Rotterdam Central Station, just a 20-minute walk or 10 minutes by public transport.

Can I bring my pets?

We love pets, but unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate them in the hotel. You’ll have to leave your furry friends at home for now.

Cash or card?

 Leave the coins at home. We don’t accept cash. Bring your credit card for your stay, but we also accept debit cards for payments.

Do you serve breakfast?

Yes, we do! Breakfast is served in our café, where you can choose to add a menu to your booking or order à la carte. Prefer a cozy morning? You can also have breakfast delivered to your room and enjoy it in bed.

Dinner too?

Oh yes. Our in-house restaurant, Bardertien, serves up the best and purest dishes. Don’t miss it.

And room service then?

Absolutely! Enjoy the best coffee and dishes from our Man Met Bril Koffie café delivered straight to your bed. You can even order bites and dinner dishes from BarDertien to your room for a cozy night in. 

Is the hotel wheelchair-friendly?

Unfortunately, no. Both rooms are accessible only by stairs, and there are small thresholds at the entrance. The cafe is wheelchair-friendly tho. 

Do you have 24-hour reception?

Nope, but our café team will take care of you during opening hours. After that, you can check in online.

Can I book a late check-out?

Late check-outs are subject to availability. Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. (Fees may apply.) 

Are there special rates for children?

We charge per room, not per person. Children up to 4 years old can stay for free in the same bed as their parents. Please note, we do not offer baby cots.
